Attending our weekly classes is a great way to benefit from the support and nourishment of a creative community.  

BEGINNING JEWELRY 

Our beginning class is focused on building a strong introductory skill set for jewelry making. You will jump right into soldering, sawing, texturing, basic stone setting and forming metal. Leave knowledgeable about technique and how to problem solve through difficulties.

Projects are in copper and brass.

INTERMEDIATE JEWELRY  
These two, four-week sessions are created to inspire student-driven design and enhance skill sets. Perfect for the student who has experience with basic skills and is ready to try something harder. You will learn to successfully combine techniques into pieces that require multiple soldering operations, forethought, and planning.

Projects are in copper, brass and silver.
 

 

Bezels and Surfaces
Fabrication of settings for cabochons, surface treatments including embossing metal, hammering, stamping, patination and soldered accents. 

Saturdays, February 7 and 14, 2026

10 am -3 pm

$250 (includes silver for most of the projects)

 

Chains and Pendants
Fabrication of chains, hallow forms, and working with jigs for wire designs.

ADVANCED JEWELRY 
Created for those who want to work conceptually, this class slows things down and works on crafting designs that tell a story. Expect to spend as much time gathering inspiration and exploring the properties of the material as constructing your finished piece(s).  Each class consists of guided planning sessions and project fabrication.

BEGINNING CREATIVE STUDIO
Open to students who have taken a beginning jewelry class using a torch specific to jewelry making. 

Each week we provide a project demonstration focused on a specific skill through the creation of a finished piece of jewelry. The materials for the projects are included in brass and copper. If you would like to work in silver, a list of materials will be provided. This class walks you into working successfully in the open studio environment.

INTERMEDIATE CREATIVE STUDIO

A space for continuing jewelers to explore, experiment, and refine their personal vision.
Open to students who have taken a beginning and intermediate jewelry class using a torch specific to jewelry making. 

Wrap up your unfinished jewelry projects or dive into your own independent work at the studio. This class provides individual support tailored to help you complete ongoing pieces or advance your skills in design, technique, and fabrication. The focus is on personalized assistance.  You'll also gain insight by observing instructor feedback given to fellow students, offering additional opportunities to sharpen your problem-solving abilities.


Please note that this class does not include projects or materials.
